We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team on a part-time basis. Based in Darlinghurst, NSW, this role is crucial to our operations, ensuring that our products reach customers safely, on time and in excellent condition. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of the company, representing our brand with every delivery and interaction. This position offers flexibility with part-time hours, making it ideal for those seeking a balanced work schedule whilst contributing to our growing logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies

• Plan and execute delivery routes to maximise efficiency and meet customer delivery schedules

• Load, secure and unload deliveries whilst ensuring goods remain in pristine condition

• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, times and any delivery notes or customer feedback

• Communicate professionally with customers, addressing any queries or concerns regarding their deliveries

• Perform pre and post-delivery vehicle inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly

• Maintain a clean and well-organised vehicle at all times

• Follow all company health and safety protocols and environmental guidelines

• Assist with warehouse operations when required, including stock management and order preparation

What we're looking for

• A valid Australian driver's licence with a clean driving record

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar logistics role

• Strong knowledge of local roads and navigation, or proficiency with GPS and route planning systems

• Excellent time management and organisational skills

• Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry goods safely and regularly

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Reliability and punctuality, with a professional attitude towards work

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A commitment to health and safety practices in the workplace

• Preferably, experience in the retail or e-commerce delivery sector
