We are a growing waste removal business specialising in skip and hook bin services, supporting construction projects, renovations, clean-ups and commercial works across Melbourne. Under new management, we are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a motivated Labourers who wants to build, improve and grow with the business.

This is a key role within our operations and ideal for someone who enjoys ownership of their role, problem-solving and working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, hard-working Waste Management Labourer to join our team. You'll play a hands-on role in the collection, sorting, and processing of waste and recyclable materials, helping keep our sites running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading waste materials from bins, skips, and trucks

• Sorting recyclable and general waste materials

• Operating and maintaining basic equipment (e.g. compactors, hand tools)

• Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free

• Following all workplace health and safety (WHS) procedures

• Assisting drivers and site supervisors with daily collection runs

About You:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour, including lifting and repetitive tasks

• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

• Previous experience in waste management, labouring, or a similar industry (preferred but not essential)

• A valid driver's licence (advantageous)

• Willingness to work early starts, and occasional weekends if required

• Experience with machinery (licenses preferred but not essential)
