About the role
We are seeking a Fruit & Vegetable Wholesale Pick Packer to join our team at our Margaret River, WA facility on a casual basis. This role is essential to our operations, as you will be responsible for picking, sorting, and packing fresh produce orders accurately and efficiently for distribution to our wholesale customers. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where attention to detail and physical capability are crucial.

To be successful in the role you require the following capabilities/requirements:

• Available to work late afternoon - early morning shifts (5pm start, working through to early AM) in pack team of multiple people.  

• Minimum 20 – 40 hrs per week. Roster is fluid but must have the ability to work some weekends and throughout the holiday period.

• Possess and use good interpersonal, communication skills and basic literacy and numeracy skills.

• Reliable, show initiative, pay attention to detail and be able to work in a team.

• General awareness, interest and understanding of health safety and wellbeing practices.

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift and carry produce crates (typically 10-20kg), and work on your feet for extended periods

• A Driver's Licence, and ideally an Australian resident looking for a long term role. 

• Live in the Margaret River region with stable accommodation (minimum 6 months)

Attention Working Visa Holders - this is not farm work and does not contribute to your 88 days.
