Level 1 Technician

1. Deliver client-tailored 1st level end-user support.

2. Collaborate as a team to deliver quality IT solutions.

3. User creation and termination requests.

4. Attend on-site meetings and assist as required for project-related duties.

5. Create Knowledge base articles and process documents, where possible.

6. Reduce the volume of incidents by identifying and eliminating root cause through the pro-active problem management process

7. Supporting and troubleshooting networking issues.

8. Work with third parties to facilitate repair work for onsite desk side equipment

9. Additional ad-hoc responsibilities which may change as our business evolves.

10. Microsoft Office 365 (O365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint & ATP) experience required.
