The Role

This is a contract position based in our conveniently located Collins Street office. This is a 1 year fixed-term maternity leave replacement position.

This position involves:

• Liaising with internal teams to facilitate smooth information flow across departments.

• Assist with the day-to-day administration of claims, ensuring information is accurately recorded and updated in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring information is entered correctly and any discrepancies are identified and addressed.

• Ensure administrative processes comply with VWA data requirements, policies and KPIs.

You will also be required to demonstrate:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail;

• A flexible 'can-do' attitude;

• Commitment to the role and reliability
