Sales Assistant - Nala Melbourne

We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join us in Melbourne/Chadstone department stores.

This is a casual requiring availability on Saturdays, with flexible hours to suit the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

• Engaging with customers and creating a great brand experience.

• Bra fitting and product recommendations.

• Promoting and selling Nala products.

• Merchandising new stock by size and colour, in a Nala way.

• Ensuring advertised products are on the floor at the right time, with correct pricing and ticketing.

• Maintaining reserves by organising stock from fitting rooms and registers.

• Cleaning and maintaining Nala product displays, making our area look fab!

• Build strong relationships with store staff and motivate them to push Nala.

• Handling ad hoc tasks as requested by head office.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in retail sales, preferably within lingerie or fashion.

• Bra fitting experience (preferred but not essential as we will provide training).

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• A hardworking, independent, and flexible attitude.

• Availability on Saturdays (part-time hours).

• The right to work in Australia.

• A passion for helping people look and feel their best!
