POSITION: Stock Associate - Part Time 3-4 days per week

YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT  

As a Stock Associate at CELINE, you play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the boutique. Your attention to detail, organisational skills and commitment to excellence will support inventory accuracy, stock flow and back-of-house operations, enabling the team to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Join our vibrant Sydney retail team in a permanent part-time role, located at our BONDI boutique.

YOUR IMPACT

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records through regular stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations, ensuring system accuracy at all times.

• Stock Operations: Receive deliveries, process transfers, prepare shipments and manage replenishment activities efficiently while adhering to company procedures.

• Boutique Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure timely product availability, support client requests and contribute to an exceptional in-store experience.

• Organisation & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organised and secure stockroom while ensuring compliance with operational guidelines, loss prevention measures and health and safety standards.

KEYS TO SUCCESS

• Minimum 1–2 years of stock, logistics, inventory or retail operations experience, preferably within luxury retail or premium brands.

• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience managing stock movements, inventory controls and replenishment processes.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to supporting boutique operations.

• Physically capable of handling stock deliveries, transfers and stockroom organisation.

The successful candidate must have minimum availability of 3-4 days per week.
