A terrific opportunity has become available to join our Customer Care Team, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager this role is responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers. 

You will be working in a supportive team and be provided with comprehensive on the job training. This is a varied role, and no day will be the same.

Let's talk about what you will be doing

• Provide exceptional customer experience to our customers.  

• Process warranty and service claims, promptly, accurately and efficiently.

• Responsible for managing the allocation of work orders to Service Agents, ensuring the most efficient geographical and cost affective allocation.

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure a smooth resolution.

• Effective troubleshooting and handling of technical issues and enquiries.

• End to end management of spare parts ordering.

• Maintain an up to date knowledge of all products and services to ensure a superior experience for the consumers.

• Continuously contribute to improve internal processes whilst working with key stakeholders.

What will you bring

• 2 years minimum experience in a similar role.

• Highly motivated team player with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.

• Proficiency in SAP or CRM system is essential.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work under time pressures.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Have proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
