Senior / Principal Recruitment Consultant - White Collar Construction

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a high-performing white collar Senior Recruitment Consultant to help drive the expansion of our Sydney business.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who wants ownership of their desk, access to strong clients, and the ability to maximise their billings in a supportive but ambitious environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across contract and permanent roles
• Building and strengthening long-term client partnerships
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities
• Providing market insights and strategic hiring advice to clients
• Supporting and mentoring junior consultants

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant
• Track record of consistent billings and successful placements
• Strong business development and relationship-building ability
• Experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors is highly regarded
• Ambitious, commercially driven, and motivated by performance and results
