Tennis and Pickleball Centre Attendant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused assistant to join our team. This role would be perfect for someone reliable and energetic, delivering exceptional customer service, cleaning of facility, some heavy lifting  and being part of a vibrant tennis and pickleball community.

About the Role

As a Facility  Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for our visitors. You'll work across all our sites , and event spaces, ensuring every customer receives outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional service

• Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of pro shop, and outdoor areas

• Assist with tennis & pickleball bookings

• Assist with functions, tournaments  and special events

• Replenish stock and assist with opening and closing procedures

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and RSA requirements if needed.

• Moving heavy items

 About You

You'll be someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering excellent service.

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous hospitality, maintenance , and tennis/pickleball  experience (preferred but not essential)

• Outstanding customer service skills

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to following direction and work with a team

• Reliable transport and punctuality

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and public holidays
