Part time - Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative:

• Part-time opportunity: 3 days per week, based in Regents Park, Sydney.
• Choose your 3-day schedule - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday OR Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
• $34.96 per hour + super
• Immediate start - 6 month Temporary role through the Christmas period
• Free onsite parking
• Monthly team vouchers up for grabs- $100, $50 and $25
• Friendly office dog onsite

Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email
• Respond to enquiries about deliveries, orders, and take payments over the phone
• Accurately process customer orders and data
• Build rapport with customers and promote the product range
• Contribute to a positive and team oriented work environment

About the Company:
Our client is expanding their Customer Service team in preparation for the busy Christmas season. You’ll be fully trained and supported to handle a range of customer enquiries across inbound and outbound calls and emails.

About you:

• Previous customer service experience (call centre experience highly regarded)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to commit to part time hours 
• Availability to commence immediately
• Available to work over the Christmas period
• Must be able to reliably commute to Regents Park
