We are looking for a Senior HSE Advisor - Work Winning to join our Group HSEQ function in North Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide or Perth. This role is for someone who wants to apply deep expertise across multiple operating companies. Someone who wants to influence outcomes beyond a single project or business. And someone who wants to work with specialists across one of the world's leading construction and infrastructure groups.

What you will do

The Senior HSE Advisor, Work Winning supports EOIs, tenders and proposals across CIMIC operating companies. You’ll help bid teams respond to client requirements by developing safety content, compiling plans, completing pre-qualifications and coordinating safety inputs.

You may be embedded in a major tender or support several opportunities at once. This role suits an experienced safety professional who understands how projects and sites work and wants to apply that knowledge in a work winning environment.

·         Develop and review safety content, management plans, methodologies and SWMS outlines for EOIs, tenders and proposals.

·         Complete pre-qualification documents and online portals, including client and rail-related requirements.

·         Review tender requirements and provide input on safety obligations, risks, controls, resources and costings.

·         Coordinate safety inputs, tender kick-offs and workshops across multiple stakeholders and tight timeframes.

·         Maintain bid libraries and case studies, ensuring content is accurate, current, well governed and reflects project best practice.

What you will bring

·         Hands-on, site-based safety experience within construction, infrastructure, engineering, mining, telecommunications industry.

·         Practical knowledge of project and site operations, safety management systems, critical risk management, legislation and regulatory requirements.

·         Experience preparing safety plans, procedures, SWMS and technical content, with exposure to tenders, EOIs or pre-qualification processes highly regarded.

·         Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills, with an energetic, methodical and collaborative approach.

·         A Diploma in Health and Safety or another relevant qualification.
