Labour Solutions Group (LSG) is currently recruiting experienced, reliable and hardworking Pick Packers and High Reach Forklift Drivers for busy warehouse operations across Pemulwuy, Eastern Creek and surrounding areas.

These are ongoing Monday–Friday positions for candidates who take pride in their work, have excellent attendance and are looking for consistent, long-term opportunities.

We are looking for people who are reliable, productive and committed. If you have proven warehouse experience and are ready to work, we want to hear from you.

PAY RATES

Pick Packers

• Day Shift: $34.65 per hour

• Afternoon Shift: $38.12 per hour

High Reach Forklift Drivers

• Day Shift: $35.96 per hour

• Afternoon Shift: $38.81 per hour

Overtime opportunities may also be available.

EXPERIENCED PICK PACKERS

We are looking for experienced Pick Packers who are comfortable working in busy, fast-paced warehouse environments where accuracy, productivity and reliability are essential.

Your duties may include:

• Picking and packing customer orders

• RF scanning

• Pallet jack operation

• Order checking and dispatch

• Palletising and general warehouse duties

• Manual handling of stock up to 20kg

• Working to daily pick rates and productivity targets

• Maintaining accuracy while working at pace

• Keeping work areas clean and safe

To be successful, you will have:

• Previous pick packing or warehouse experience

• Experience working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven warehouse environment

• RF scanning experience highly regarded

• Strong attention to detail and picking accuracy

• Good physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual handling

• A strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Excellent attendance, punctuality and reliability

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team

• Reliable transport

• Availability to work Monday to Friday on an ongoing basis

We are looking for people who turn up, work hard and can be relied upon every day.

HIGH REACH FORKLIFT DRIVERS

We are also looking for confident and experienced High Reach Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse teams.

Your duties may include:

• High Reach forklift operation

• Putaways and replenishments

• Loading and unloading stock

• RF scanning

• Picking and packing when required

• General warehouse duties

• Working safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment

To be considered, you MUST have:

• Current LF Forklift Licence

• Minimum 6 months' recent High Reach experience

• Confidence operating High Reach forklifts in a busy warehouse

• Strong safety awareness

• Excellent attendance and reliability

• Willingness to assist with general warehouse duties when required

• Reliable transport

• Monday–Friday ongoing availability
