Service Delivery Officer (SDO)

About the role

As a Service Delivery Officer (SDO), you will be in the engine room of our operations, handling scheduling, budget management, client welfare, and compliance across our service streams supporting NDIS participants, Defence veterans (DVA), and Aged Care clients through the Support at Home (SaH) program.

Key responsibilities

• Solve rosters and fill last-minute shifts across all service streams

• Monitor Support at Home (SaH) and NDIS budgets to ensure clients get the most out of their funding and utilise budgets effectively

• Conduct monthly welfare checks and be the friendly voice on the phone for families and care teams

• Keep records audit-ready and ensure compliance with all requirements

About you

• Organised and tech-savvy with ease navigating CRMs and Excel or basic computer functions

• Empathetic and able to stay calm when situations become complex

• Willing to learn and proactive attitude to become a champion of your work

• New to the industry welcome if you have the willingness to learn

• 5+ years of experience in NDIS/Aged Care standards is desirable
