Customer Service Advisor Automotive

Bendigo Toyota is looking for a Customer Service person to work in our busy Service Department.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Checking guests in for appointments into our Service Department

• Phone support and some administration duties

• Ensuring high customer service standards are maintained 

• Selling various Service Dept. value adds, options & products

• Full Victorian manual driver licence a must

• This is a very busy dept. and the ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must.

Experience isn't necessary, but a nice telephone manner, excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills, good attention to detail and PC skills are a must.

Good general administration and computer skills are required in order to assist relevant staff and managers. 

Hours 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday - Thursday and 7am to 3pm on Fridays.
