What You'll Do

Our consultants become trusted members of client teams. Depending on your expertise, you may:

• Lead or support major government programs and projects

• Provide strategic advice to senior executives and decision-makers

• Improve business processes and operating models

• Deliver capability development and transformation initiatives

• Support procurement, governance and assurance activities

• Design, implement and improve technology-enabled solutions

• Help organisations navigate complex challenges and deliver lasting outcomes

We're interested in professionals who:

• Have experience in government, Defence, consulting or complex delivery environments

• Enjoy solving difficult problems and working with diverse stakeholders

• Communicate clearly and confidently

• Are collaborative, adaptable and outcomes focused

• Take pride in producing high-quality work

• Want to continue learning and developing professionally

• Security clearance holders (Baseline, NV1, NV2 or higher) are highly regarded, although not essential for all opportunities.
