Customer Service Representative

Central Pet is a division of the Cenversa group of companies, specialising in the distribution of high-quality products across all pet needs. We have an excellent opportunity for a Part-Time, Customer Service Representative, located in Huntingwood, NSW. The role is 3 days per week: Monday to Thursday, flexible.

Duties:

• Processing of sales orders received via telephone and electronically

• Ensuring KPI’s and targets are met

• Maintaining contact with customers from order through to delivery - especially if there are any delays in supply or shipping

• Ensuring customer records are kept up to date

• Keeping in touch with existing customers, advising of product promotions and sales

• Providing administration support to the sales team

• Assisting in marketing activities

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service environment

• Previous experience in the pet, vet or animal industries advantageous

• Strong computer literacy

• Ability to multitask whilst working to strict deadlines

• High level of attention to detail

• Maintain a strong and positive ‘can do’ attitude

• High level of communication skills and rapport-building ability over the telephone

• Strong work ethic, integrity and service orientation

• Very driven and motivated
