Retail Sales Assistants

As a Retail Team Member at Ecosa Hoppers Crossing, you'll be the face of the brand for every customer who walks through the door. You'll build genuine connections, share your product knowledge with confidence, and contribute to a store environment that feels as good as our products promise to make you sleep.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a genuine 'wow' customer experience building connections and understanding what each customer needs

• Drive sales through strong product knowledge, confident recommendations, and upselling where it fits

• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to the highest Ecosa standard

• Support the team with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and day-to-day operational tasks

• Follow all POS, cash handling, and safety procedures accurately and consistently

• Contribute positively to team culture showing up, backing your teammates, and bringing energy to every shift

• Take ownership of your own growth completing training modules and acting on feedback

What We're Looking For

• A natural people-person with a genuine passion for customer service

• Sales confidence comfortable engaging customers and driving results

• Enthusiasm for the Ecosa brand and a curiosity to learn our product range inside out

• Reliable, accountable and a genuine team contributor

• Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment with strong attention to detail

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential — we'll train the right person

• Must be 18+ years of age to be considered for this retail position

• Must be available to work weekends plus some weekdays for this casual position
