About the Role

About you

• Confident, motivated and comfortable on a busy shop floor

• A genuine interest in fashion, service and people

• Organised, reliable and able to work as part of a small team

• Happy to learn optical retail and our house brands

• Available for retail hours, including weekends and public holidays

• Previous optical or specialty-retail experience is valued, but not required. We will provide training to the right person.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Customer enthusiasm – show our customers you care by providing a consistent high level of customer service

• Treat it like your own – demonstrate that you understand that every customer counts, every time

• Be on the front foot – engage with customers, find solutions and identify options to improve their vision and give them confidence with their new look

• Results oriented – be planned in how you work towards personal and store targets to achieve success
