Job Description

PERMANENT Part time Pharmacy Assistant 4 days a week (~26 hours) on

Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and half day Saturdays.

The successful candidate will report to the Pharmacy Retail Manager and the Pharmacist on Duty.

Duties

• Cash register works

• Delivery of medicines to local residents (use own car but remunerated)

• Script in/schedule counter customer service

• Assist in ordering and merchandising

• Assist in retail promotions

• Maintaining and upkeeping of retail floor

• Assist in staff rotation

• Assisting in Front of Shop operation

• Other duties as per required

• Qualified dispensary technician will also assist pharmacists in the dispenary

Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of prior Australian pharmacy experience is required.

Candidates must have previous experience in assistant roles within Australian pharmacy environments.

Current already resides in Australia and has the right to work.

Has a car and able to drive to Monbulk 3793 and is within 40min of commute time to work.

Successfull applicant showing enthusiasm and excel in pharmacy operation during initial employment will be placed in further advanced training.
