ERP Delivery Lead

Join the Tibaldi team as a full-time ERP Delivery Lead based in Clayton, Victoria.

You will be responsible for providing functional and technical support for the businesses Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems including (Netsuite (Oracle) and Warehouse Management System) by successfully adapting and supporting ERP systems, processes and ways of working.

With a strong focus on core FMCG manufacturing business processes this role will lead the transactional day-to-day coordination as the primary point of contact and be supported by the Regional IT teams based in Jakarta and Singapore. This position requires the holder to be able to propose technical solutions to business problems, not just “execute tickets”.

Working collaboratively and cross-functionally including across manufacturing, supply and logistics and the finance teams this position will ensure that systems operate effectively and aligned with business requirements and strategy. Further, the ability to successfully lead and coordinate cross function teams on IT-driven initiatives and requirements.

As this role is supported by the Regional IT teams the position holder must be comfortable working with stakeholders across various time zones who come from culturally diverse backgrounds. 

You will bring a minimum of 3-years’ experience in either an ERP Delivery Lead, IT Supervisory, IT Manager or IT Team Lead role. To be successful you will have proven experience in managing IT across multi-site operations (including production and distribution) with a growth mind set. You must have either strong well-rounded knowledge of either Netsuite or SAP. Experience in Looker / Power BI / Tableau is preferred but not mandatory.

Prior FMCG manufacturing industry or Cold-Chain supply chain logistics experience will be strongly considered. With meat processing, either within or outside of Australia is highly desirable.
