DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

We are seeking a talented Digital Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing content marketing strategies that drive engagement, attract new customers, and boost brand awareness.

Ideally, you’ll have previous experience working with and writing content that drives brand awareness, contributes to acquisition and enables customer retention. You are hands-on with a successful track record in creating content marketing campaigns and have a strong knowledge of digital technology.

This role is a great opportunity for someone creative, who can bring fresh ideas and can turn a brief into an engaging campaign.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan and execute employee-facing campaigns across email, app, portal, push and digital channels
• Develop campaign concepts, copy, CTAs and audience segments
• Manage campaign calendar and delivery
• Develop and execute clients specific employee campaigns
• Develop initiatives that drive registration, activation and repeat engagement with the Converge app and Employee Wellbeing Portal.
• Create targeted campaigns that move users from awareness to action and promote counselling, coaching, webinars and specialist services.
• Manage and grow B2C social media channels
• Manage client (internal and external) requests to a high standard.
• Contribute to the development of Converge Intl’s marketing strategy, campaign concepts and initiatives and come up with content
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth content delivery across all channels

What you need for the job:

• 2-4 years work experience in content writing, content marketing, copywriting, and digital marketing
• Contemporary understanding of trends in marketing, digital and social media
• Digital campaign planning, build and execution across email, app, web and push notifications
• CRM and marketing automation experience, ideally HubSpot or similar
• Email marketing, including segmentation, personalisation and automated journeys
• Strong B2C copywriting and content creation skills
• Understanding of customer/user journeys, lifecycle marketing and digital engagement
• Campaign analytics and reporting, including opens, clicks, conversion and engagement
• Experience working with CMS and digital publishing platforms
• Working knowledge of GA4 and digital analytics
• Basic design capability using Canva, Claude or similar tools
• Confident using data to identify audiences, trends and engagement opportunities
• Understanding of privacy, consent and responsible use of customer data
• Be able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team.
• Ability to recognise and know when to prioritise tasks to maximise efficiency and be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines
