As a Warehouse Operator in a fully automated site you'll support the movement of goods using cutting-edge systems and state-of-the-art machinery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES …

• Operating and monitoring automated picking machinery
• Using voice-picking and pick-to-light systems to process orders accurately.
• Decanting and replenishment of stock into automated systems
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse to meet deadlines.
• Adhering to strict safety and quality procedures.

Forklift license holders may also perform forklift-related tasks. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS …

• Tech-savvy and willing to learn automation systems.
• Able to lift up to 25kg and work in a physically active role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Previous voice picking and pick pack experience.
• Forklift license highly regarded.

SHIFT DETAILS 

• Days: 5-6 Day Roster
• AM Shift: 5am Starts 
• PM Shift: 1:15pm Starts
• Flexibility: Willingness to work additional hours during busy periods
• Commitment: Reliable attendance and consistent performance essential
