We’re looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategy & Transformation team and help shape how our businesses operate into the future.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional requirements-gathering BA role.

Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, you’ll work across the organisation to understand how work really gets done, identify opportunities for improvement and turn complex or inconsistent ways of working into clear, practical and scalable business processes.

Your exposure will be broad, working across operations, warehousing, technology and corporate functions, while helping build the process foundations required for future growth, automation and transformation initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews across multiple business functions

• Map and document current and future state processes, including process maps, swimlanes, SOPs and work instructions

• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, operational leakage, risks and improvement opportunities

• Lead analysis across complex, cross-functional business problems

• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments and process reviews

• Work with stakeholders to establish clear process ownership and alignment

• Develop process documentation that becomes a trusted source of truth across the organisation

• Present findings and recommendations to business leaders

• Help establish the foundations for future automation and AI-enabled initiatives

• Act as a trusted advisor on process standards and documentation practices across the Group

About You

You’re an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys solving complex problems and bringing structure to ambiguity.

You’ll bring:

• 8+ years’ experience in business analysis, process analysis or operational improvement

• Strong experience independently leading process discovery and documentation initiatives

• Experience developing process maps, swimlane diagrams, SOPs and work instructions

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

• Experience identifying process gaps, duplication and operational inefficiencies

• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills

• Experience working within large, complex or multi-business environments

• The ability to connect processes across teams, systems and operational functions

• A pragmatic and adaptable approach to changing priorities and ambiguity

• Strong written communication and attention to detail

Experience supporting transformation, operating model, process improvement or technology-enabled change will be highly regarded.
