Are you an experienced Architect ready to take ownership of landmark multi-residential projects?
We are partnering with a highly regarded design practice known for delivering innovative, high-quality residential communities across Queensland.

Due to a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a talented Project Lead Architect to lead projects from design development through to delivery.


The Role

As a Project Lead Architect, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multi-residential developments, managing projects through all key stages while coordinating consultants, clients, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading multi-residential projects from concept through to completion
• Managing project programs, deliverables, and client expectations
• Coordinating consultants and stakeholder engagement
• Leading documentation and technical delivery within Revit
• Mentoring and supporting junior team members
• Ensuring projects meet design, quality, compliance, and commercial objectives
• Working closely with Directors and senior leadership on project strategy

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading medium to large-scale multi-residential projects
• Strong technical and project delivery capabilities
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple project priorities and deadlines
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes and construction processes
• Architectural registration preferred but not essential
• A collaborative and proactive approach to leadership
