Join our niche construction team, as Energex Authorised Contractors, we specialise in the construction, modification and repair of underground reinforced concrete pits, servicing South East Queensland. Our team is managed by the longest serving and most reputable Energex Authorised Pit Builder in SEQ with over 30 years’ experience in this specific field. Our team is small, encourages equal opportunity and takes pride in our workmanship and our peers.  We are a non-smoking workplace.

About the role:

Permanent part-time position

Mon-Fri – Flexible Hours (No weekends or overtime required)

Above award pay rates

Responsibilities:

• Primary Duties - Accounts Payable

• Secondary Duties - General Office Administrative and assistant to Project Administrator

• General Word Processing, Excel and Outlook

• WH&S Compliance Documentation Preparation

Must have:

• High Level of MYOB Competency

• Experienced with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Proficiency and Accuracy in both of the above

• Strong All-round Small Business Office Skills

• Reliability & Strong Work Ethics and Practices

• Trustworthiness and demonstrated experience in upholding privacy and confidentiality

• Maturity, motivated and ability to work autonomously

• Current open drivers’ licence

• Construction White Card

Hours:

• 16 - 24 hours per week.

• 3-week industry shutdown over Christmas
