PART-TIME NIGHT SHIFT ORDER PROCESSING/DATA ENTRY

About the role

Our company is seeking two dedicated Night Shift/Order Processing/Data Entry people to join our nightshift team. This is a part-time position. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer orders, printing emails and entering data into our systems during night shift hours. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our operations run smoothly and our customers receive accurate, timely service. This position is essential to maintaining the efficiency of our wholesale business and supporting our wider operations team.

Hours 12.00am to 7.30am and Saturday 12.00am to 7.30 am (22.5hrs a week)

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and processing invoices

• Monitoring and printing incoming emails and orders

• Organising customer orders

• Preparing and putting delivery runs together

• Checking orders and ensuring information is accurate

• General administration and data entry

• Supporting the night-shift processing and dispatch operations

• Ensuring everything is organised and ready for the morning deliveries

• HACCP - Monitoring and recording temperatures, batches ,daily checklist as per HACCP requirements. 

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in data entry, order processing, or similar administrative roles

• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry software, including Microsoft Office applications

• Strong attention to detail with an ability to work accurately under pressure

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• The ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision

• Clear communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with team members

• Reliability and a consistent attendance record

• Willingness to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality of company and customer information

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads
