About the Role

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will be one of the first points of contact for customers—both onsite and over the phone.

You will combine customer service, sales support, and administration tasks in a fast-paced team environment. This role suits someone who is organised, proactive, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and booking daily outbound freight

• Processing customer sales, EFTPOS transactions, invoicing, and credit notes

• Making proactive sales calls to existing account customers

• Providing general office administration and website/order support

• Assisting sales managers with quotes, invoicing, and customer enquiries

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Experience in customer service, administration, or sales support

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using databases/ERP systems

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

• A proactive, positive “can-do” attitude

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Willingness to learn and become product knowledgeable
