We have an exciting opportunity for 2 x Customer Support Representatives to join our team, based at our Warehouse and Distribution Centre in Truganina.

About the Role

You will:

• Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries. 

• Support our customers with product enquiries. 

• Resolve queries from retail customers and end consumers.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction. 

• Data entry of customer sales orders.

• Process spare parts and warranty sales orders.

• Process EDI orders (experience an advantage, but training will be provided).

• Reporting on service levels, held orders etc.

• Determination and resolution of account issues at a customer support level.

About You

You will have:

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or related field advantageous.

• Prior technical/customer support experience an advantage.

• A professional telephone manner.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Problem solving ability and a can-do attitude.

• The ability to multi-task under pressure and to meet deadlines.

• Accurate data entry and intermediate Excel skills.
