About the role

Honeybee Toys is seeking a reliable and efficient Warehouse Pickpacker and Forklift Driver on a casual basis to join our dynamic warehousing team in Campbellfield, VIC 3061. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched with speed and precision. As a casual team member you will contribute to the smooth running of our distribution centre. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure will directly impact our customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders from warehouse shelves according to picking lists and order specifications

• Pack items securely into appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit

• Apply correct labelling and documentation to packages for dispatch

• Maintain accurate records of picked and packed items to ensure inventory accuracy

• Conduct regular quality checks on packed orders to verify completeness and condition

• Organise and maintain warehouse shelving and storage areas in an orderly and safe manner

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking and packing targets

• Report any discrepancies, damaged stock or safety concerns to supervisors

• Operate warehouse forklift where appropriate and assist with warehouse storage and unpacking of shipments

• Adhere to all health and safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse environment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution or similar picking and packing environment is essential

• Forklift license and experience is mandatory

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately read and follow picking instructions

• Physical capability to lift, carry and move items of varying weights regularly throughout your shift

• Ability to work efficiently and maintain productivity targets

• Good organisational and time management skills to prioritise multiple orders

• Basic computer literacy and comfort using warehouse management systems

• A reliable and punctual approach to work with flexibility in hours for the right candidate

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team approach

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of health and safety

• Physical dexterity and standing for extended periods
