About the Role
As a Customer Contact Officer, you'll be the trusted point of contact for Air France-KLM customers, assisting them before, during, and after their travel experience.
Air France-KLM operates one of the world's most extensive airline networks, with up to 2,300 daily flights connecting Europe with destinations worldwide. You'll play an important role in delivering premium customer service while representing one of the industry's leading global brands.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Assist customers with flight reservations and ticketing enquiries
Provide professional and empathetic support across a variety of customer needs
Manage after-sales and post-travel enquiries
Support members of the Flying Blue loyalty program
Resolve customer concerns and service-related issues
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, live chat, and social media channels

About You
We're looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and thrive in a customer-focused environment.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Fluency in Japanese, French or Korean (written and spoken)
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office 365 applications
Previous experience with Salesforce or CRM systems (advantageous but not essential)
The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A positive, adaptable, and collaborative approach to teamwork
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends (between 8:00am and 9:00pm)
