Sharp Motor Group is growing our workshop team in Tweed Heads, and we're looking for people at all stages of their automotive career.

Whether you're an experienced Senior Technician, have just completed your apprenticeship, or are currently an Automotive Apprentice looking for the right place to learn and develop, there could be a place for you on our team.

You'll have the opportunity to work across a great mix of brands including Suzuki, Kia, Mahindra, Chery, Renault, Holden and GMSV, alongside an experienced workshop team.

Who We're Looking For

Depending on where you're at in your career, we're looking for:

• Senior & Experienced Technicians – bring your technical knowledge, diagnostic skills and experience to the team.

• Newly Qualified Technicians – finished your apprenticeship and ready to take the next step? We'll help you continue building your skills and confidence.

• Automotive Apprentices – already underway with your apprenticeship and looking for a workshop where you can learn, develop and gain hands-on experience? We'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for people who take pride in their work, have great attention to detail, enjoy solving problems and want to be part of a supportive workshop team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Servicing, maintenance and vehicle repairs.

• Diagnostics and fault finding appropriate to your skill level.

• Following manufacturer and warranty procedures.

• Working efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

• Keeping up to date with manufacturer training and technical updates.

• Working alongside and learning from the wider workshop team.
