Our family business located in the Brisbane Markets Rocklea is looking for an energetic, detail-focused and confident person that can work from home.

Applicant must be based in Brisbane & surrounding suburbs & have their own ABN. This is a long-term contract position.

The Role Includes:

• Answering phone calls and responding to emails promptly

• Liaising with customers and internal teams

• Data entry

• Creating social media posts

• General administration tasks

The Successful applicant for this role will be able to consistently demonstrate the following: 

• This virtual role suits an individual with excellent computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly

• Attention to detail is a must, with both efficiency and accuracy in data entry

• Great communication skills

• The ability to understand and follow procedures exactly

• Time management must be a priority

• Work well in an autonomous, fast paced and varied role

• Available for immediate start

• Flexible schedule 

Tools you will need include:

• An appropriate home office setup with dual screen computer and the ability for video conferencing

• High-speed internet with printing and scanning facilities

• Microsoft Office Suite available on your computer

• Mobile phone will be provided

Are you available to work Mondays and Fridays from 9.00am-3.00pm on an ongoing basis?

Are you able to cover additional shifts (sick leave/annual leave/public holidays) on occasion?

How would you rate your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer based programs?

This role is heavy in data entry. On a scale of 1-5, how confident are you in your attention to detail?
