About the role

Pentacore pty ltd (comprise of 6 Indian supermarket chain-yes yes Indian supermarkets) is seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team on a contract basis. Based in Tarneit, VIC, this role offers an exciting opportunity to drive marketing initiatives and contribute to the growth of our organisation. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business objectives. This contract position allows you to bring your expertise to a collaborative environment where your contributions will directly impact our marketing performance and organisational success.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.

• look after our online business and the promotions.

• Create engaging marketing content including copy, graphics and multimedia materials for digital and traditional platforms

• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement and performance analysis

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights that inform marketing strategy

• Coordinate marketing events, product launches and promotional activities to maximise brand visibility and customer engagement

• Analyse marketing performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product and senior management, to ensure marketing alignment with business goals

• Maintain and update marketing databases, customer lists and campaign materials to support ongoing marketing activities

• Support the development of marketing materials and collateral, including brochures, presentations and promotional items

• Assist with budget management and cost tracking for marketing initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation

What we're looking for

• Qualification in marketing, communications, business or related field (diploma or degree preferred)

• Proficiency in speaking Hindi.

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, marketing coordination or similar role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management and email marketing software

• Solid understanding of marketing principles, branding and customer engagement strategies

• Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights from marketing metrics

• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovative marketing solutions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior marketing staff

• Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools is advantageous

• Familiarity with SEO, SEM or digital advertising concepts is desirable
