Junior Account Manager – Strategic Client Services

Melbourne | Full Time

Join one of Australia's leading merchandise, apparel & brand experience agencies.

At TPF, we partner with some of Australia's most recognised brands.

We're much more than promotional merchandise.

We combine strategy, creativity, technology, sourcing and fulfilment to create brand experiences that connect organisations with their customers, employees and communities.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Junior Account Manager to join our sales team.

Working alongside two of our Senior Account Directors, you'll play a critical role supporting several of TPF's largest strategic clients by ensuring every project is delivered efficiently, profitably and to an exceptional standard.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, project management and delivering outstanding client service.

Supporting our Account Directors across strategic merchandise and brand experience clients, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and manage your own accounts as you grow in the role.

You'll become the operational heartbeat behind a portfolio of national accounts - coordinating projects from brief through to delivery, working closely with our Australian and Vietnam teams to ensure every job runs smoothly.

Whilst the Senior Account Director focuses on client strategy, innovation and growth opportunities, you'll own the day-to-day management of client projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets and quality expectations are consistently achieved.

If you enjoy bringing order to complexity, building trusted client relationships and delivering great work every day, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Manage the day-to-day servicing of a portfolio of strategic corporate clients.

  • Build trusted relationships with key client contacts.

  • Coordinate projects from initial brief through to delivery.

  • Respond quickly and professionally to client requests.

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience across every interaction.

Project & Workflow Management

  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across merchandise, apparel, promotional campaigns and branded experiences.

  • Develop clear project timelines and manage critical milestones.

  • Ensure all briefs are complete and accurately handed over internally.

  • Monitor WIP and proactively manage project priorities.

  • Identify risks early and implement solutions before issues arise.

Production & Delivery

  • Work closely with TPF's Vietnam Production Support team to ensure seamless execution.

  • Liaise with Design, Production, Logistics, Procurement and Customer Service teams.

  • Monitor production timelines and supplier performance.

  • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout every project.

  • Coordinate product approvals and delivery schedules.

Commercial Management

  • Prepare quotations and proposals.

  • Maintain project budgets and margins.

  • Ensure projects remain commercially viable and profitable.

  • Support monthly forecasting and pipeline reporting.

  • Assist the Senior Account Directors with budget delivery across the client portfolio.

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate CRM and project management records.

  • Drive process consistency and continuous improvement.

  • Improve workflow efficiency across internal teams.

  • Support the ongoing evolution of TPF's operational systems and best practices.

About You

You'll be someone who naturally enjoys being organised and taking ownership.

You probably love lists, timelines and solving problems before anyone else notices them.

You enjoy working with people but are equally comfortable managing detail and process behind the scenes.

You'll also have:

  • 1–3 years' experience in Account Executive / Management or Project Management.

  • Experience within an agency, merchandise, apparel, marketing or branded products environment (preferred).

  • Outstanding organisational skills.

  • Attention to detail is key.

  • A confident communicator who isn’t afraid to share ideas, challenge thinking or have difficult conversations when needed.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Confidence working across multiple internal stakeholders.

  • Experience using CRM or workflow management platforms.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

If you’re excited by this opportunity and ready to bring your skills, ideas and energy to our team, we’d love to hear from you!
