Advice Operations Manager

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a growing financial services business looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planning Operations Manager to join their team.

This is a senior opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, improving operational performance and having a genuine impact on how a business operates and grows.

• Lead a multidisciplinary team across Client Services, Paraplanning and Compliance

What you’ll do: 

• Take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the Financial Planning division
• Partner with Financial Advisers and senior leadership to improve the client experience
• Drive process improvement, workflow optimisation and system enhancements
• Maintain strong oversight of AFSL, ASIC, compliance and advice quality
• Contribute to business transformation, M&A and post-acquisition integration
• Assist with strategic planning, budgeting and broader business initiatives

What we’re looking for: 

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams within an advice environment
• Strong understanding of AFSL obligations, ASIC regulation and compliance frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to improve systems, processes and operational efficiency
• A confident and credible people leader who can influence at all levels
• Strong knowledge across financial planning, investments, superannuation, insurance and taxation
