The Role

Serving as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for global ticketing your day to day duties will range from

• Managing escalated and complex ticketing operational issues

• Acting as the technical lead for automation projects including AI integration

• Supporting stakeholders across multiple business functions including Account Management and implementation teams.

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies

What Do you Need

This is not another Fares & Ticketing role you will need:

• Exceptional fares knowledge & manual ticketing skills is a must

• Strong GDS skills preferably across multiplesystems - Sabre, Galileo & Amadeus

• An in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end ticket cycle, including BSP, complex exchanges, and refunds.

• Background in airline technical support highly desirable

• Previous experience working across projects involving NDC content and GDS systems.
