Sales Coordinator - Perth

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our friendly, professional, and highly driven Sales Team in Perth, WA.

Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your main responsibilities will be: 

• Provide exceptional and professional customer service via telephone and email, converting inbound sales enquiries and leads into orders.
• Ensure product knowledge and information meets or exceeds customer requirements.
• Assist new and existing customers with processing orders, creating quotes, and following up with issued documentation in timely manner
• Assist customers to select the best product to suit their needs
• Effectively manage email and phone and social media enquiries for new, existing, and potential customers
• Enter complex sales orders in the CRM database accurately
• Become a subject matter expert for rural water storage solutions
• Provide administrative support to the Rural sales team.
• Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
• Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations
• Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

About You

• 2 years+ sales experience (preferred not essential)
• Strong understanding of Customer Service procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent relationship building skills for internal collaboration with peer teams and external customer relationship management
• Experience of using a CRM
• Shows initiative, independent thinking, well-developed problem-solving and consultation skills along with the ability to develop a positive, accountable, and customer serviced focused culture
