Kalamunda Toyota is seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our New & Used Vehicle Sales Team. Located just 26km from the Perth CBD, this role offers strong earning potential, a market‑leading brand, and a diverse vehicle range including petrol, diesel, hybrid, plug‑in hybrid and electric vehicles, supported by modern AI‑driven sales systems.

The Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager and working within the New & Used Vehicle Sales Team, you will manage the end‑to‑end sales process across both New and Used vehicles, delivering a professional, customer‑focused experience from enquiry through to delivery and follow‑up.
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Selling New and Used vehicles in line with dealership targets
• Managing customer enquiries, appointments, test drives, follow‑ups and deliveries
• Presenting suitable vehicle solutions based on customer needs
• Accurately completing all sales documentation and CRM records
• Working closely with Finance, Insurance and Aftercare teams
• Building long‑term customer relationships and referral business
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards

About You

• Automotive sales experience preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Professional presentation and a positive, results‑driven attitude
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends
• Current manual driver's licence
