About the Role

This role works closely with multiple internal teams including reservations, air services, operations, and sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers after their booking has been confirmed

• Assist guests with booking amendments including upgrades, extensions, extra nights, supplements, and special requests

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner

• Follow up deposits, final payments, and travel documentation requirements

• Educate customers on destinations, products, and promotional offers

• Maintain accurate customer records within CRM systems

• Liaise with internal departments regarding itinerary updates, special requirements, and operational changes

• Support airline-related service requests including seating, schedule changes, and special meals

• Provide assistance with overflow inbound sales and service calls when required

• Support leadership with day-to-day operational tasks across the department

About You

• Previous experience within a customer service, reservations, sales support, or call centre environment

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Strong computer skills including CRM systems and Microsoft Office

• Travel industry experience essential

• Experience using Sabre or other GDS systems will be advantageous
