Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver monthly management reports and financial insights.

• Lead budgeting and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

• Oversee cash flow management and maintain strong financial visibility.

• Provide effective payroll oversight, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Manage taxation compliance and statutory reporting requirements.

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable to support efficient financial operations and cash flow.

• Manage asset and fleet reporting, ensuring accurate records and financial oversight.

• Maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices.

• Identify and drive business improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, performance and profitability.

About you

• CPA or CA qualified

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior accounting or finance role

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modelling and management reporting

• Experience with Xero, CorePlan, Connecteam, and other accounting, ERP and payroll systems

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical capability, and leadership skills

• A collaborative team player who can build strong relationships across the business

• A proactive approach to identifying efficiencies and driving continuous improvement
