We are supporting one of our clients to establish an AI Centre of Enablement, assisting with introducing lightweight controls, operating model foundations and practical delivery capability around one priority workflow.

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will translate workflow challenges into clear, practical AI use cases. Working with the Engagement / Operating Model Lead, domain specialists and an AI Factory Specialist, you will shape opportunities, capture requirements and frame recommendations in plain business language.

This Sydney-based role is initially a 3 month contract, with the potential to extend.

• Work with stakeholders to understand the selected workflow, business context, current process and pain points.
• Facilitate discovery workshops and working sessions across business and technology teams.
• Identify, shape and document AI use cases, value drivers, requirements, risks, assumptions and implementation considerations using Centre of Enablement templates and methods.
• Translate business requirements into clear inputs for AI delivery, governance and solution architecture specialists.
• Bridge business, technology and governance conversations so opportunities are practical, understood and actionable.
• Prioritise use cases by value, feasibility, readiness and Launch Pad alignment, supporting transition into a broader 90-day phase.

About you:

• Strong business analysis experience in transformation, consulting, operating model, process improvement or digital delivery environments.
• Ability to quickly understand workflows and translate them into structured requirements and practical AI use cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, including explaining ambiguous concepts in plain language.
• Experience bridging commercial, operational, technical and governance conversations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage engagement where structure and delivery methods are evolving.
• Strong documentation skills, attention to detail, sound judgement and practical thinking.
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience is highly desirable.
