Swan Plumbing Supplies is a family-owned plumbing supplies business with branches across Victoria, NSW, and Queensland. We've been backing tradies for over 70 years, and we're looking for a new face to join our Pambula team.

About the Role

We're on the hunt for a motivated Salesperson to join our Pambula branch. You'll be the first point of contact for our trade customers — helping them find the right products, building relationships on the counter, and keeping the yard running smoothly. This is a great opportunity to build a career with a business that genuinely backs its people (just ask around — we love promoting from within).

What You'll Be Doing

• Serving trade and retail customers on the counter and over the phone

• Picking, packing, and processing orders

• Building strong relationships with our regular trade customers

• Keeping up to date on our product range so you can offer good advice

• Supporting the wider branch team, including back up driving and inwards goods.

What We're Looking For

• A genuine interest in the plumbing/trade industry (experience welcome but not essential — we'll train the right person)

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, can-do attitude

• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player

• Forklift licence highly regarded (or willingness to obtain one)

• A valid driver's licence
