About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop team. You'll help guide customers through their servicing experience while ensuring their vehicle requirements are communicated effectively and professionally.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting service customers

• Booking vehicles and managing daily service schedules

• Providing service recommendations and repair quotations

• Liaising with technicians and keeping customers updated

• Coordinating vehicle collections and handovers

• Building long-term customer relationships

• Working towards customer satisfaction and departmental KPI targets

About You

You may already be an experienced Service Advisor, or you may come from a customer-focused background and be looking for a rewarding new career.

We're looking for people who have:

• Exceptional customer service skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

• Confidence working in a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good organisational and computer skills

• Sales confidence and the ability to present recommendations professionally

• A current driver's licence
