Qlik BI Specialist

Our client, a Government Department, is looking for 2x Lead Qlik Business Intelligence Specialists to lead the migration of enterprise Qlik applications to Qlik Cloud and establish a governed, production-ready BI environment. The initial contract is for 12 months with a possibility to extend by a further 2x 12 months.

In this role you will perform the following tasks but not limited to:

• Migrate and enhance Qlik Sense applications and data models in Qlik Cloud.
• Replace legacy Qlik nPrinting reports with modern cloud-based reporting solutions.
• Implement platform governance, access controls, monitoring and release processes.
• Validate application performance, functionality and data integrity.
• Deliver documentation, training and knowledge transfer for ongoing BAU support.

To be successful, you must have the following skills / experiences:

• Strong hands-on experience developing interactive dashboards and reports in Qlik.
• Proven experience migrating Qlik Sense applications to Qlik Cloud.
• Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server data modelling and database design.
• Experience administering Qlik Cloud tenants, spaces, roles and permissions.
• Excellent communication, documentation, training and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• NV1 clearance.

You must be an Australian Citizen to be eligible to apply. This is a Canberra-based role. Flexible/hybrid options are available, subject to agreement with the Hiring Manager.
