Maximo Technical Lead

• 6 months contract

• $850- $900 per day plus super

• 3 days from office (Sydney Olympic Park/ Parramatta)

We are seeking an experienced Maximo Technical Lead to lead the technical design, development, integration and delivery of IBM Maximo solutions across complex enterprise environments.

This is a key technical leadership role for a hands-on Maximo specialist who can work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers and implementation teams to deliver robust, scalable and fit-for-purpose asset management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IBM Maximo technical implementations, providing technical direction across solution design, development, configuration, testing and deployment.

• Design and oversee Maximo integrations with enterprise and external systems using web services, APIs, integration frameworks and other appropriate technologies.

• Lead technical workshops and requirements analysis, working with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical Maximo solutions and technical specifications.

• Architect and deliver Maximo customisations and extensions, including automation scripts, application configurations, reports and bespoke development where required.

• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to Maximo consultants and development teams, while supporting environment management, upgrades, deployments and technical troubleshooting.

Key Skills & Experience

• Extensive IBM Maximo experience, with a strong track record delivering and technically leading Maximo implementations in complex enterprise environments.

• Strong Maximo technical architecture and development skills, including customisation, configuration, automation, reporting and solution design.

• Proven integration experience, including Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), web services and integration with ERP, document management and other enterprise systems.

• Excellent stakeholder and consulting skills, with the ability to lead workshops, define technical requirements, develop Statements of Work and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving capability, with experience mentoring technical teams and taking ownership of technical delivery, environments, upgrades and production solutions.
