We are seeking a new member of the team to join on a full time basis, with the opportunity to grow further within Techreative. The main quality we are looking for in our new team member is great customer service skills. The way you present and talk to clients is the most important aspect of this role, and the technical side can always be taught, but Service Desk experience is desirable. Although our staff can work Hybrid, we expect you to be at our office during the training period which can be up to 6 months.

What We Are Looking For From You

Essential skills:

  • Be an efficient and effective problem solver.

  • Have excellent presentation skills and phone manner.

  • Have excellent communication skills and client empathy.

  • Have excellent time management skills, be independent, and self-directed.

  • Have experience in projects or project-based tasks, with a key emphasis on following up on issues and tasks with key stakeholders and ensuring all parties involved are accountable.

  • Be a social member of the team, often present at our office in Fitzroy.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft cloud products (Office 365, Exchange, Azure).

  • General PC maintenance and security knowledge, such as Windows updates, malware, and Windows firewall.

  • Experience with networking technologies, including DNS, VPN, virtualisation, firewall, and security.

  • General telecommunications support and knowledge, such as landlines, mobile phone support (Android and iOS), and reporting or managing faults with vendors.

  • Understanding of VoIP.

  • Understanding of CRM systems.

  • Understanding and experience of PSA systems

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Answering all IT support requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure SLAs are adhered to.

  • Providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to all customers across a varied technology space.

  • Identifying areas of growth, opportunity, and improvement for existing clients.

  • Assisting with IT project delivery.

  • Conducting onsite visits and liaising with clients in person.

  • Conducting IT audits and reviews.

  • Performing system maintenance and monitoring.
