About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time Passenger Service Agent (minimum 20 hours per week) to help deliver a seamless and positive travel experience for passengers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and curating a positive, memorable experience for our passengers

• Processing passenger check-in and boarding

• Verifying passports and travel documents

• Allocating seats and issuing boarding passes

• Assisting passengers with special needs

• Performing boarding gate duties and passenger announcements

• Ensuring compliance with safety, security, and airline procedures

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be available to work a 24/7 rotational roster (essential)

• Have full and unrestricted working rights in Australia

• Hold a current Victorian Driver Licence (minimum P1/P2)

• Have proven customer service experience

• Be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Have strong communication, computer, and organisational skills

• Work well independently and as part of a team

• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation

• Be willing to complete a Police Check, ASIC Security Check, and pre-employment medical
