The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity for a high-performing finance professional with 2 to 6 years of experience to join the treasury division of a well-established professional services firm.

This is a broad treasury role offering exposure to cash flow forecasting, treasury operations, transactional banking, foreign exchange and treasury projects within a highly regarded professional services environment.

This role is ideally suited to professionals with experience in treasury operations who are looking to further develop their technical treasury expertise while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The Challenge
In this Treasury Accountant role, your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating daily treasury payments and funding activities
• Monitoring and consolidating daily cash positions across multiple entities
• Preparing cash flow forecasts and liquidity reports to support decision-making
• Managing treasury balance sheet reconciliations and associated journals
• Supporting foreign exchange transactions and exposure management
• Administering transactional banking activities, including KYC processes, bank account maintenance and user access management
• Assisting with bank guarantees, banking relationships and treasury compliance reporting
• Contributing to treasury and banking projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency

The Expertise
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• 2 to 6 years’ experience in a treasury, treasury accounting or treasury operations environment
• Demonstrated experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
• Exposure to transactional banking, payments, bank account administration or treasury operations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
• A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related discipline
• CA or CPA qualifications (or working towards) will be highly regarded
