Parking Experience Officer

About Us:

Stockwell is recruiting a Parking Experience Officer to contribute to the continued growth of Stockwell.  Stockwell is a generational Queensland property group marking its 74th anniversary this year.

Stockwell consists of four main operational business lines – Residential, Retail, Private Capital and Delivery.  In addition, we own and operate a diversified portfolio of retail, commercial, residential and retirement assets.

Be a key part of the Stockpark Team as we roll out our parking systems across Queensland.  This role will focus on delivering an easy parking experience to the patrons of Stockpark managed car parks.

About the Role:

To deliver an exceptional parking experience for all customers by providing friendly, professional and proactive customer service.  Ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of parking facilities, resolving customer enquiries and issues, and maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment that encourages repeat visitation and supports revenue growth.

Position Responsibilities:

Customer service and assistance providing positive and professional experience for all car park users through customer engagement, assistance and issue resolution.

Car park operations supporting the day-to-day operation of parking facilities to ensure efficient traffic flow and customer convenience.

Site presentation and safety, maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming parking environment for customers, tenants and visitors.

Reporting on and contributing to improvements in customer experience and operational performance.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

• Previous experience in operating car parks.

• A strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously.

• Clear communication skills.

• Customer service experience.

• Ability to deal with the public.

• High level of attention to detail.
